Healing Takes Time

Healing isn’t linear. Some days you’ll feel okay, and others you’ll fall apart again—and that’s perfectly normal. What matters is that you keep showing up for yourself, even when it’s hard. Every tear, every pause, every deep breath is part of your recovery.

Don’t rush your healing just to appear strong. True strength lies in patience and self-compassion. The wounds that took years to form won’t disappear overnight. Be gentle with yourself as you heal. One day, you’ll look back and realize the pain was preparing you for peace.
