However if you decided to take them on one by one, and only now feel ready to embark on your next New Year life change, you’ve sold yourself short according to researchers at UC Santa Barbara.
In their study, published this week in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience, the University’s researchers suggest that when it comes to making positive changes in our lives, we don’t take on enough changes at once.
